SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICIES

SHIPPING

When you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us with details of your order for your reference.
We then begin processing your order and ship it out to your nominated shipping address as soon as possible. Please note many items are ‘Pre-Order’ or ‘Made-to-order’ and will be shipped after a four to five weeks.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser that all postal details are entered correctly at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address includes all necessary information ie. building and or unit number/s. Clay by LB is not liable for orders not received, if shipping information is incorrect.

All Clay by LB orders are handcrafted, fired, packed and shipped in Sydney, Australia after funds have been received in full. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation inclusive of a tracking number. You can use this to keep track of the ETA Of your order. Standard Domestic (Aus) deliveries should take on average take 4-7 business days to arrive, although please allow for delayed shipping timeframes during lockdowns. We ship internationally to most countries, with comprehensive shipping rates quoted at checkout. Please note that it is the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of their own international import taxes and / or duties. International orders may take a little longer to arrive. Standard International shipping - from $30 AUD flat rate

RETURNS

Due to the nature of Clay by LB products, both physical and digital, available for purchase, we do not accept returns on any orders for change of mind. We ask therefore, that you please select carefully. We have made every endeavour to represent our products accurately.

Should an order or product arrive damaged, please contact us alerting us to the fact and our team will get back to you with a prompt resolution.
